Join Us and Help Shape the Sound – We're Looking for New Members for the Dübendorfer Kammerorchestra

Our string orchestra brings great enthusiasm to classical music, from Baroque works to modern compositions. For us, it's not just about musical quality — the joy of making music together is equally important.

To strengthen our ranks, we are looking for dedicated musicians who play violin, viola, or cello.

We welcome both experienced instrumentalists and those returning to music who would like to bring their instrument back to life regularly within an ensemble.

We rehearse in a pleasant atmosphere, work with focus on our repertoire, and enjoy the sense of community within the orchestra.

Our summer and winter concerts are the highlights of our shared musical journey.

If you love classical music, enjoy playing in an ensemble, and would like to become part of a vibrant musical body, we would be very happy to hear from you.

You are also welcome to join our open rehearsal on 16 June 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Kursraum Speicher at the Obere Mühle in Dübendorf.
Rehearsals for the winter concert begin on 7 July at 8:00 PM, continuing after the summer holidays on 18 August.
